Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA, New York City, NY, or Seattle, WA. Role is hybrid (minimum 25% in-office).

Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Translate new platform capabilities into field-ready demos, labs, and technical guides.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions for technical onboarding and enablement programs.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through office hours and practice sessions.
• Develop self-service resources and tooling to scale enablement beyond live sessions.
• Stress-test new platform features and provide field feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Measure content effectiveness through usage tracking and session feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or DevRel).
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (e.g., tool use, MCP).
• Experience delivering live technical training to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to partner directly with sales and go-to-market teams.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of labs, courses, or technical talks.
• Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code.
• Experience building on cloud providers such as Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Foundry.
• Background as a technical founder or early-stage startup operator.
• Experience building enablement tooling or content-freshness automation.
