Principal, AI Capability & Reskilling

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $153,300–$306,300 annually, depending on state, location, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Design and own a multi-stage enterprise AI capability and reskilling program, from awareness and experimentation through use-case discovery and workflow redesign.
• Teach, coach, and mentor managers and functional leaders through AI adoption and team redesign.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions across global functions.
• Create reusable tools, templates, and frameworks for task analysis, AI suitability assessment, and human-AI workflow design.
• Build AI champions networks, use-case sharing mechanisms, and communities that turn experimentation into organizational learning.
• Measure and report the program's impact on speed, quality, capacity, and higher-value work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, or facilitating for adult and professional audiences.
• 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise capability-building or reskilling programs at scale, with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong grounding in organizational design, including operating models, role clarity, span of control, decision rights, and systems thinking.
• Current fluency in generative and agentic AI, with hands-on experience applying prompt engineering, AI-augmented workflow design, and AI-augmented analysis.
• Ability to work with data and measure the value created by capability-building programs.

Nice to have

• Experience building champion networks or communities of practice.
• Experience running an enterprise-scale AI fluency or reskilling program.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business Process Management certification.
