Manager, Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; mostly on-site with a four-day-in-office work model. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Base salary: $140,250–$181,500 annually, plus potential incentive compensation and long-term equity participation.

What you will do

• Contribute to the clearing product vision and roadmap for CFTC- and SEC-regulated listed products.
• Prioritize platform features and convert stakeholder input, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints into product requirements.
• Own assigned feature releases from planning through delivery, coordinating Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, Operations, and QA.
• Define test strategies, validate releases, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or operational risks.
• Engage with Clearing Member Firms, Participating Exchanges, vendors, and integration stakeholders.
• Mentor Analysts on requirements writing, prioritization, and product practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in derivatives clearing, exchanges, broker-dealers, banks, or related financial institutions.
• Experience independently owning projects from requirements through delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, requirements-writing, and acceptance-criteria skills.
• Experience with feature release workflows and balancing detailed execution with platform priorities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FIS, ION, or Broadridge clearing and middle-office platforms.
• Experience with Agile and the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to tokenization technologies or digital asset markets.
