Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Sub Investigator) - Part-time

Location: Onsite at 5400 Balboa Blvd, Suite 120, Encino, CA 91316, USA

Salary: $50–$90 per hour; typical schedule is 20–25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Review and follow assigned clinical study protocols.
• Assist investigators with screening potential participants and assessing eligibility.
• Conduct subject visits and perform study-related clinical procedures.
• Maintain case report forms, patient charts, and study documentation.
• Collect and enter clinical data, and review laboratory, imaging, and other study-specific reports.
• Support selected studies in a limited capacity as a Study Coordinator.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Phlebotomy training.
• IV and infusion experience.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and applicable ISO standards.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, communication, problem-solving, computer, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• At least two years of clinical research or sub-investigator experience.
• At least one year of experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical or clinical-trial setting.
