Head of Regional Marketing, APJ

What you will do

• Own the APJ regional marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline targets in partnership with sales leadership.
• Build, lead, coach, and grow a regional marketing team.
• Partner with APJ sales leadership on forecasting, QBRs, account planning, and go-to-market priorities.
• Develop integrated programs including hosted events, conferences, virtual events, ABM, digital advertising, and partner marketing.
• Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for APJ markets and establish scalable campaign and lead-management processes.
• Track regional marketing performance, pipeline generation, influenced revenue, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing.
• Experience in databases, data analytics, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Deep experience marketing across APJ markets.
• Demonstrated success owning pipeline targets and driving measurable revenue impact.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership at the VP level.
• Experience in a remote-first, globally distributed organization and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
