Head of Product Management (MacPaw Platform)

Location: Hybrid work model with the option to work remotely or from the Kyiv coworking hub

What you will do

• Define goals and success metrics across hirify.global Platform focus areas.
• Build dedicated roadmaps and consolidate them into a unified, impact-focused product roadmap.
• Lead and develop the Product Management team.
• Partner with development and design teams to articulate initiatives, hypotheses, and expected outcomes.
• Align internal and external stakeholders around product direction, goals, and results.
• Integrate AI tools into product discovery and development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership experience as a Head of Product or equivalent.
• Experience leading and developing Product Managers.
• Experience working with end users and vendor partners in a B2B2C context.
• Experience with AI product management and practical AI integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and UI/UX fluency.
• Advanced English required for written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• B2B product management experience with vendors, partners, or enterprise customers.
• Marketplace or platform product experience.
• macOS or desktop software background.
• Familiarity with billing, payments, or subscription infrastructure.
