Product Manager – Inbound Logistics

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid work with flexible working hours. An office is also available in Odesa.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for inbound logistics, balancing legacy ERP decoupling with new capabilities.
• Build automated pipelines tracking purchase orders from creation through delivery and achieve three-way matching between orders, received goods, and invoices.
• Establish supplier communication through APIs, EDI/TecCom, and file transfers, while driving adoption of Advanced Shipping Notices.
• Define supplier master-data quality standards and connect SAP with AWS warehouse-management systems.
• Align Procurement, Vendor Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Supplier Integrations on prioritized roadmaps.
• Run technical discovery, query ERP data with SQL, inspect logs, and use AI tools to prepare specifications, edge cases, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in supply chain, procurement, logistics, vendor management, or e-commerce inbound operations.
• Experience with purchase-order management, supplier master data, inbound visibility, enterprise tools, and procure-to-pay financial flows.
• Hands-on SQL, application-log analysis, microservices, API design, and monolith-to-microservice migration knowledge.
• Daily experience using AI tools such as Gemini for discovery, data analysis, transcript synthesis, and product specifications.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and making scope decisions in matrixed organizations.
• Professional English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM.
• Experience with live monolith migrations, n8n, Make, or other low-code and AI prototyping tools.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or large-catalogue e-commerce.
