Location: Spain; fully remote

What you will do
- Manage the full product development cycle from idea through launch and further growth.
- Define product requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and product positioning.
- Identify and implement AI solutions for products and business processes.
- Analyze user needs, product metrics, and feedback to improve product outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and AI/ML specialists across web, gaming, and AI automation projects.
- Align product messaging with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or product ownership.
- Strong practical knowledge of AI and daily use of AI tools.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from idea to launch.
- Strong business-oriented and user-oriented mindset.
- English and Russian required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and self-direction.
