EEE Parts Project Engineer (Space)

Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid area, Spain; onsite role

What you will do

• Act as the technical interface between EEE parts, materials and processes teams, project core teams, internal customers, and partners.
• Manage the selection, demand management, usage support, procurement support, and validation of electronic parts.
• Provide technical and quality support to equipment teams, lower-tier suppliers, procurement functions, space agencies, and private customers.
• Support EEE-related quality processes from bid preparation through project delivery and post-delivery non-conformance resolution.
• Manage risks and opportunities related to EEE parts across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or physics.
• Specific experience with active and passive electronic components.
• Knowledge and experience in space programs and EEE standardization systems, including MIL and ESCC.
• Knowledge of EEE device physics, construction, functionality, and failure modes for passive, active, and optoelectronic components.
• Negotiation-level English and Spanish are required.
• Teamwork, cooperation, negotiation, customer orientation, autonomy, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
