MRTT Ground Support Equipment Engineer

Location: Getafe area, Madrid, Spain; onsite role with customer-site support and travel required

What you will do

• Prepare technical specifications and collect requirements for MRTT ground support equipment.
• Support supplier selection, design follow-up, and prototype manufacturing activities.
• Validate equipment on aircraft and perform qualification and compatibility testing.
• Prepare ground support equipment recommendations and conduct customer site surveys.
• Provide technical assistance, including support for installation and commissioning at customer air bases.
• Analyze aircraft modifications and their impact on developed ground support equipment.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Strong teamwork, an open mindset, and good verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in different environments and multinational teams.
• Willingness to travel and support customers at operational air bases.
• Creativity and the ability to develop new ideas.
