Manufacturing Engineer (Helicopter Manufacturing)

Location: Albacete, Spain; on-site manufacturing role

hirify.global Helicopters España assembles and tests rear fuselages for the hirify.global Helicopters range and develops Pre-FAL and FAL capabilities for future governmental programs.

What you will do

• Bring design data into the manufacturing environment and influence product architecture in cooperation with the design office.
• Support manufacturing activities across the helicopter assembly scope, from elemental parts through testing.
• Develop industrial concepts and optimized, balanced production-line systems for the product range.
• Simulate industrial systems, analyze operational data, and propose improvements for the shop floor.
• Work with an operator-centric approach and contribute to the Factory of the Future transformation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in manufacturing, production-line development, and execution.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English is required.
• Academic or non-academic technical background with curiosity, rigor, enthusiasm, and consistency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Permanent, full-time employment in the Manufacturing Engineering family.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Project management experience.
• Lean manufacturing or AOS background.
