Airline FTM Engineer (Airframe Systems)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Airline Fleet Technical Management services and ensure compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Assess airworthiness directives, service bulletins, vendor service bulletins, and other OEM in-service documentation; advise on, schedule, and follow up on required actions.
• Manage project timelines while accounting for operational and safety constraints, and execute multiple projects in parallel.
• Review aircraft records and maintenance histories to validate documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate operators, OEMs, regulatory authorities, and service providers as the central technical contact.
• Support aircraft data import projects in Maintenance Information Systems.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of technical aviation experience in an airline CAMO, independent CAMO, manufacturer technical services organization, or MRO.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and relevant ATA chapters.
• Proficiency with Airbus and Boeing fleets.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of aircraft records, maintenance documentation, maintenance philosophies, heavy checks, landing gear, and MSG-3.
• Ability to simplify complex processes, draft procedures, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Maintenance Information Systems such as AMOS or Trax.
• Hands-on CAMO experience.
• Willingness to travel as required.
