Quality Standards Conformance Management (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects.
• Set measurement standards to improve process performance, product compliance, reliability, and repeatability.
• Coordinate Control Plan routine meetings and ensure product and process quality control requirements are satisfied.
• Drive end-to-end inspection optimization, including reinforcement, reallocation, and reduction of inspections.
• Digitalize Control Plans using deployed IT tools and maintain effective operational feedback loops.
• Manage risks and opportunities, create and maintain KPIs, perform status reporting, and collaborate on PFMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.
• High adaptability when working on new topics and business areas.
• Ability to work in a networking mode and support multifunctional collaboration.
• Entry-level profile within Quality Assurance.
