Controlling & Inventory–Finance Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Preferred locations are Toronto, Canada; Little Island, Cork, Ireland; Puebla, Mexico; Antwerp, Belgium; Titusville, New Jersey, United States; and Zug, Switzerland. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What you will do

• Represent Finance in cross-functional discussions for Controlling and Inventory, particularly within manufacturing and R&D.
• Support the global finance transformation initiative and the S/4HANA design, build, and deployment.
• Capture business requirements and help design future-state Controlling and Inventory processes.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Technical Product Owners, system integrators, and transformation teams.
• Review build demonstrations, validate data and process outcomes, and support testing cycles and hypercare.
• Help ensure the global template meets business requirements and uses current technology capabilities.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in supply chain, a principal company environment, or R&D.
• Experience with process development and improvement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance strategic perspective with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, frequently changing environment and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
• Experience with Costing, Inventory, and Plant Accounting is an asset.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of the SAP ERP platform.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of PowerQuery or PowerBI.
• Experience working in global or virtual environments.
