Controlling Operations MnS External Manufacturing Senior Financial Analyst (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working arrangement with 60% office and 40% flexible work at hirify.global Business Services, Váci Greens.

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–16,416,000 per year. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Provide operational controlling support for assigned business units and the industrial manufacturing perimeter.
• Calculate industrial standard costs, review bills of materials and routings, and monitor PPV, yield, and substitution performance.
• Manage inventory provisions and destructions while ensuring accurate and timely monthly closing.
• Prepare budgets, C1/C2 submissions, quarterly landings, rolling forecasts, monthly results, and variance commentary.
• Partner with finance business partners, supply chain, procurement, production, and business leaders to track assumptions and execution.
• Identify control risks, challenge legacy processes, and implement more effective ways of working.

Requirements

• 3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Experience working across multiple systems and tools, including SAP, Power BI, and related technology platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of detailed work across international workstreams and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to propose, lead, and drive business and process changes.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA qualification.
• Pharmaceutical, public accounting, commercial finance, or gross-to-net experience.
• Experience with TM1 and SAP.
• Technology savvy, business orientation, and agile learning ability.
