Associate Manager, FP&A (Supply Chain Finance)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office and 2 days from home. An EU work permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

hirify.global is a large food manufacturing company operating an Emerging Markets business with regional supply chain and finance teams.

What you will do

• Manage the monthly forecast cycle for the regional Supply Chain Network and coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and budgeting cycle for zone Operations.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data, reconcile actual results, and support the resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews for Global and Zone leadership teams.
• Conduct variance analysis and turn complex financial data into concise, actionable insights.
• Improve and align FP&A processes across the region, embedding best practices and driving synergies.
• Work with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Accounting & Controlling, and country Supply Chain Finance teams.

Requirements

• EU work permit required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or Supply Chain Finance roles.
• Background in Economics, Business, or Finance.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite; Power BI is beneficial and SAP experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on approach, analytical mindset, comfort working with multiple stakeholders, and strong business acumen.

Nice to have

• FMCG experience.
• Experience with Power BI and SAP.
