TL;DR
Controlling Operations GBU Financial Analyst (French Speaking) (Finance/SAP): Supporting financial close, forecasting, controlling, reporting, and process transformation for Sanofi's Finance Operations with an accent on accruals, reconciliations, master data, personnel costs, and management analysis. Focus on analyzing variances and risks, maintaining SAP and TM1 data, monitoring projects and standard costs, and improving controlling processes in a complex international environment.

Location: Budapest, Hungary — hybrid work at hirify.global Business Operations, Váci Greens

Salary: Ft9,120,000–Ft13,680,000 per year

What you will do

  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance-sheet analysis.
  • Manage financial master data and system activities in SAP and TM1, including allocations, project lifecycle management, and capitalization.
  • Control personnel costs, bonus accruals, standard costs, industrial costing, OPEX/CAPEX, and manufacturing performance.
  • Prepare financial reporting, variance analysis, commitments tracking, and commentary for Controllers and Finance Business Partners.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, process gaps, and new ways of working across Finance Operations and business units.
  • Ensure compliance with hirify.global procedures, SOX controls, internal controls, and monthly controlling checklists.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related finance or accounting field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Fluent English and French are required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and data downloads.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across international workstreams and in a complex matrix environment under strict deadlines.
