Controlling Operations Transversal Senior Financial Analyst (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Budapest, Váci Greens, Hungary; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: HUF 10,944,000–16,416,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage operational controlling activities for personnel costs and ensure accurate, timely monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly variance commentary covering actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop personnel-cost forecasts, track actuals, and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities, track organizational and headcount changes, and reconcile data between systems.
• Support Controlling Operations Service Management and other Service Delivery teams.
• Support global transformation projects, implement the Global Core model and RACI framework, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in diversified financial controlling, with personnel-cost controlling experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data downloads, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Strong analytical, strategic, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a complex international matrix environment.

• French communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical or public accounting experience.
• TM1 and SAP experience.
