AVP, Cash Management Operations

What you will do

• Lead Cash Management operations covering wires, ACH transactions, checks, journals, and other money movement services.
• Manage operational metrics, service levels, cycle times, productivity, quality standards, and capacity planning.
• Maintain risk and control environments aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit expectations.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Service, and Business stakeholders to improve processes and client experience.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, remediation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives.
• Develop leaders and associates, communicate performance and risks to senior leadership, and resolve high-profile escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including leadership of managers and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• Experience leading Cash Management, Money Movement, Banking Operations, or related operational functions.
• Understanding of wire processing, ACH transactions, payment operations, and operational controls.
• FINRA Series 99 required.
• Ability to inspire and develop teams, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience managing performance metrics, service level agreements, productivity, and quality programs.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
• FINRA Series 7.
