Senior Manager, Treasury

Location: Santa Monica, California or Chandler, Arizona; office-based 4+ days per week under hirify.global's “default together” policy.

Base salary: $162,000–$284,000 annually, depending on the assigned US pay zone. The position is also eligible for RSUs.

What you will do

• Lead global corporate treasury operations covering cash management, inter-company transactions, cash funding, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, and payments.
• Own key workstreams in the Kyriba Treasury Management System implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage banking relationships and bank account administration, including KYC documentation, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead SOX treasury controls, evidence completion, documentation, and audit support.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other teams on capital allocations, share buybacks, inter-company loans, and related treasury projects.
• Develop treasury professionals and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-driven enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant treasury professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in treasury operations, including cash management, payments, investment management, foreign exchange, and banking administration.
• Experience leading large-scale treasury transformation projects and Treasury Management System implementations; Kyriba experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SOX control frameworks and treasury audit evidence.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, treasury and banking systems, financial reporting systems, and AI tools or agents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the treasury function of a publicly traded company.
