Cash Management Representative III

What you will do

• Review, prepare, and process incoming payment remittances for automatic and manual application.
• Apply funds to customer accounts, transfer funds within customer hierarchies, and process write-offs, credits, refunds, and other adjustments.
• Research and resolve overpayments, underpayments, duplicate payments, unapplied cash, and other payment discrepancies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance on escalated matters.
• Design and maintain operational reports and performance metrics, perform quality reviews and audits, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support projects, process improvements, training, coaching, and cross-functional business activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in cash management, accounts receivable, payment processing, banking operations, or a related field.
• Experience handling complex payment application and discrepancy-resolution activities.
• Ability to provide coaching, quality reviews, process documentation, and operational support.
