Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office three days per week

What you will do

• Analyze business and system requirements, program interactions, interfaces, and impacted components.
• Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Lead assigned projects by coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and preparing project plans.
• Recommend code reuse, technologies, methodologies, and hardware configurations based on business, cost, reporting, and security needs.
• Participate in system testing, validation, documentation, test-result reviews, and remedial-action tracking.
• Provide technical guidance and independently solve complex programming and systems problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer and Information Science, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of general work experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, or Performance Analytics.
• Development experience with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform and scoped applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, and Now Experience Framework.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
