Global IT Platform Engineer Senior Manager (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Own the technical direction and architecture of Enterprise Services products on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, build, configure, and evolve workflows, integrations, automations, and reporting.
• Develop ServiceNow CSM and scoped applications using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, reliability, application boundaries, and alignment with enterprise architecture and platform governance.
• Identify technical debt, modernization needs, risks, and trade-offs while promoting reusable engineering patterns.
• Coach engineers through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on pairing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience serving as the senior technical reference for a product or squad and owning design decisions end to end.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and scoped applications, including cross-scope access and lifecycle management through source control.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side and client-side development, including security, performance, and debugging.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, IntegrationHub, security configuration, third-party integrations, solution performance, and product reliability.
• Experience mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CSM, or CTA.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and maintenance.
