Marketing Coordinator – Organic Social, Student

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Salary: $19.10–$28.60 per hour

What you will do

• Publish and schedule approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Configure captions, tags, metadata, thumbnails, links, accessibility settings, and other post-level requirements.
• Perform pre-publish quality checks, monitor live content, troubleshoot publishing issues, and maintain social media tools.
• Monitor brand conversations, competitor activity, platform updates, trends, comments, messages, mentions, and moderation queues.
• Collect and validate platform and campaign data, track reach, impressions, engagement, video views, clicks, and follower growth.
• Organize and archive published content while communicating status, risks, errors, and follow-up needs with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited institution.
• Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and analytical curiosity.
• Ability to learn new systems and digital tools quickly and follow governance and escalation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
