Senior Social Media Manager (AI)

Salary: $97,750–$109,250 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead social media operations, tracking deliverables such as creator briefs, reporting cycles, channel management, and Culture Squad outputs.
• Coordinate daily with account and project management partners to flag risks, remove blockers, and keep work on schedule.
• Monitor team workload and output quality, realign priorities, and coach social media specialists.
• Develop and maintain social media processes, templates, workflows, and quality standards across the studio.
• Contribute social expertise to integrated campaigns, including briefing, channel planning, content approaches, and platform recommendations.
• Translate platform updates, algorithm changes, social trends, performance data, and AI capabilities into practical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong social media management experience across multiple brands or complex, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to lead, guide, and influence teams without formal line-management authority.
• Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with strong working knowledge of YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other major platforms.
• Experience with integrated campaign strategy, social reporting and listening, creator and influencer briefs, and matrixed collaboration.
• Comfort with tools such as Airtable and familiarity with Dash Social and Talkwalker.
• Advanced use of generative AI tools, including designing AI-assisted workflows, training colleagues, and applying human oversight to AI-supported work.
