Employee Relations Manager (Human Resources)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; up to 25% travel required

What you will do

• Advise managers on employee relations matters and support timely resolution of workplace cases.
• Manage performance management, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, harassment, and other investigations.
• Partner with supervisors to coach, develop, or separate employees as appropriate.
• Deliver specialized training, including harassment training, when required.
• Apply human resources policies, programs, labor law, and precedents to changing circumstances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an employee relations manager.
• Experience applying labor law and legal precedents to employee relations situations.
• Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Ability to prioritize work in a changing environment and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
