HR Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at the Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center / Dallas Warehouse

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for fulfillment-center leadership and advise on people-related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict mediation, and policy application.
• Implement site-level HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR data, identify workforce trends, and recommend site-specific solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment such as a fulfillment center, manufacturing facility, or warehouse.
• Expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR practices for non-exempt workforces.
• Experience independently managing HR functions for a site or business unit.
• Ability to partner with and influence site leadership on business and people objectives.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Lewisville, Texas fulfillment center.
