SAP S4/HANA - Principal / Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA architecture, roadmap, and delivery strategy.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture for GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, controlling, and financial reporting.
• Establish Clean Core standards, SAP BTP extensibility, and API-led, event-driven integrations with Java and Python services.
• Lead S/4HANA upgrades, transformation programs, data architecture, and master data strategy.
• Enable AI and machine learning use cases through SAP BTP, AI Core, and internal AI platforms.
• Govern platform health, lifecycle management, release and transport processes, and architecture standards while mentoring onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA Finance and FICO expertise with successful greenfield or brownfield implementations and upgrades from version 2021 onward.
• Strong SAP BTP, integration technology, data architecture, and high-volume integration experience.
• Experience integrating SAP with Java/Python microservices and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience leading teams, global onshore/offshore delivery models, and architecture governance.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical roadmaps into business value for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management and data archiving.
• AI/ML enablement in SAP or integrations with Gemini, OpenAI, or other generative AI providers.
• Retail, ecommerce, or supply-chain-integrated environment experience.
• Modern DevOps and containerized environment experience.
