Senior SAP Techno-Functional Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in Columbus, Ohio or Merrillville, Indiana; Monday and Friday remote. Valid U.S. work authorization is required.

Conversion salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery, digital transformation, and governance for a complex enterprise environment.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and determine when custom configuration or standard APIs are appropriate.
• Provide functional oversight for Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service workflows using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service Cloud.
• Guide unit, system integration, user acceptance, performance, and regression testing using Jira and qTest.
• Oversee RICEFW delivery and integrations with third-party vendors and internal teams.
• Drive DevSecOps practices, automated testing, SAP security, access controls, and GRC compliance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise SAP solutions across design, configuration, development, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SAP Service Cloud/C4C, and related enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP, standard SAP APIs, legacy BAPIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, and technical RICEFW delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managed service providers, vendors, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the utility or energy sector, including regulatory requirements and data privacy.
• Knowledge of FICA modules, BASIS administration, Jira, qTest, and AI-powered SAP utilities such as Joule.
