IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (SAP HANA)

Location: Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work model with up to 30% domestic travel to customer sites.

Annual base salary: $142,525–$195,976. Targeted combined compensation: $146,000–$222,700.

What you will do

• Design and develop systems, products, services, and data solutions that optimize or automate SAP business processes.
• Deliver assigned projects independently and take responsibility for priorities, solution design, and technical strategy.
• Enhance complex SAP systems and processes, including SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA environments.
• Plan and execute migrations, conversions, upgrades, patching, and landscape transformation projects.
• Represent SAP with customers and implement SAP solutions at customer sites.
• Advocate for end users and integrate user-centered design practices into development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with six years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
• At least four years of experience with SAP NetWeaver administration and performance tuning, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA administration, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with SAP HANA technical architecture, high availability and disaster recovery, backup strategies, HP Service Guard, and Pacemaker.
• Experience with OS/DB migrations, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA conversion, Unicode conversion, and Data Migration and Landscape Transformation projects.
• Experience migrating SAP workloads to AWS, Azure, GCP, and SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud environments.
• Experience configuring Kerberos, SAML, SAP IAS, IPS, and single sign-on for SAP and non-SAP solutions.
