Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator (Insurance)

Location: Onsite daily in Saint Albans, West Virginia, from 8AM to 5PM ET; remote work is not available. Candidates in Charleston or Huntington, West Virginia may commute to the jobsite.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of insurance contracts, from initial requests through maintenance and termination.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies while addressing their needs.
• Ensure compliance with contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
• Enter and assign levels accurately for payment processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of contracting or insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, organization, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of insurance contracts and payment levels.
• Experience with data collection, research, and analysis.
