What you will do

• Manage daily new business submissions and process policy endorsements accurately.
• Handle account change requests and set up online rating functions.
• Assist with daily billing administration.
• Provide customer service support and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Learn operational concepts quickly and follow implementation instructions precisely.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and execute detailed instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience with Adobe.
• Strong proficiency with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge/Explorer.
