Senior Technology Lead, People Systems (Workday)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Partner with People Operations, Finance, People Centers of Excellence, and enterprise departments on Workday roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze and improve Workday configurations to increase the value of its technology capabilities.
• Maintain, test, and implement Workday upgrades, patches, fixes, and annual processes.
• Provide production support by investigating unexpected results, resolving process issues, and recommending solutions.
• Develop standard, custom, and dashboard reports; run queries and analyze data to maintain system integrity.
• Support HR systems with troubleshooting, reporting, maintenance, integrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years of Workday experience in a global setting and global implementation experience.
• Expertise in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Security, and Performance modules.
• Experience with one or more of Workday Core Connectors, EIB/DTS, Workday Report Writer, SOAP requests, Web Services, or HR data conversions.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, analytical and reporting skills, process improvement, communication, organization, and confidential data handling.
