Senior Manager, People Technology & Operations (Workday)

What you will do

• Own and execute the People technology roadmap with senior People and business leaders.
• Administer and configure Workday, including modules, business processes, security groups, releases, and integrations.
• Lead People technology implementations, vendor management, troubleshooting, and data flows across recruiting, payroll, benefits, and performance systems.
• Manage People Operations processes, service levels, automation, and self-service tools.
• Evaluate and pilot AI and automation solutions for People Operations with appropriate risk and compliance controls.
• Lead the People Technology & Operations team and collaborate with People, IT, Security, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration, module selection or expansion, and third-party integrations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS, People Operations, or HR Shared Services teams.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Understanding of HR business processes, data management, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills.
