Engineer III, Global Technology - Identity and Access Management (AI)

Location: On-site in the greater Seattle, Washington area, at Downtown Seattle, Federal Way, Lynnwood, or Bellevue (Factoria). Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Base salary: $124,000–$186,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions.
• Automate identity-management processes using PowerShell, APIs, Java, AI, and related development tools.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, conditional access, passwordless authentication, provisioning, federation, and directory services.
• Develop role-based and attribute-based access controls and integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• Lead technical design sessions, communicate risks and tradeoffs, and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Support incident response, access certifications, entitlement reviews, privileged-access assessments, and IAM modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience in identity management, information security, systems engineering, application development, or infrastructure architecture.
• Experience designing, implementing, supporting, or administering enterprise IAM solutions such as SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Auth0, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with complex applications, data integrations, automated provisioning, production support, and technical architecture discussions.
• Knowledge of least privilege, separation of duties, access governance, agile delivery, source control, testing, and modern engineering workflows.
• Experience with Agentic AI development processes and practices.
• Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of professional experience in technical engineering or IAM-focused roles.
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, SailPoint, CISSP, or CISM certification.
