What you will do
- Design, build, and manage scalable, resilient identity governance solutions.
- Drive adoption of RBAC, ABAC, separation-of-duties, and just-in-time provisioning controls.
- Build backend APIs and services exposing identity capabilities to web, mobile, and partner applications.
- Integrate identity solutions across cloud, on-premises, security, compliance, and application environments.
- Lead design sessions and technology reviews while providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Develop system designs, processes, and documentation for identity and access management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing identity governance and access management solutions for large enterprises.
- 3+ years of experience with architecture and design, plus 3+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
- Extensive experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, and entitlement management.
- Experience with joiner, mover, leaver, approval, and provisioning workflows, as well as identity task automation.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, DevOps, software development lifecycle practices, Java, Go or Python, and PowerShell, Perl, or Bash.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
