Field Service Engineers - North (Recycling)

Location: Roundhay Rd, Leeds, UK; field-based work across the North West and North East, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Salary: GBP 35,000–GBP 40,000 per year.

What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair hirify.global reverse vending machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Support the rollout of new recycling technology across the UK.
• Build effective relationships with customers and site contacts while providing professional technical support.
• Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital tools.
• Travel throughout the assigned region and work occasional approved overtime, weekends, and overnight stays.

Requirements

• Foundation in electro-mechanical systems and interest in analysing, testing, and repairing complex equipment.
• Solution-oriented approach, attention to detail, and confident customer communication.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and manage a schedule in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to follow hirify.global Safe and LOTO procedures and maintain high safety standards.
