Field Service Tech (iGaming)

Location: London, United Kingdom; applicants must live in the WD, AL, LU, SG, or MK postcode areas. Field-based role covering customer sites across the designated region, with a rolling schedule of 5 days out of 7.

What you will do

• Install, service, repair, and upgrade gaming and betting terminals at customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose technical faults and respond quickly to service requests.
• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.
• Build customer relationships, provide operational guidance, and communicate service updates.
• Record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback accurately.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in technology, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.
• Strong customer service, communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload across a designated region.
• Full valid UK driving licence required.
• Must live in one of the WD, AL, LU, SG, or MK postcode areas.
• Experience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance, delivery, or another field-based role is advantageous but not essential.
