Product Expert Engineer UK (Reverse Vending Machines)

Salary: GBP 55,000–65,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the local technical specialist for Reverse Vending Machines and supporting systems.
• Analyse machine and operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve performance.
• Provide technical guidance, product expertise, and configuration support to Service, Product, and Operations teams.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges across functions and regions.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for technicians and service teams.
• Support new machine installations and the transition from deployment to operation.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
