Key Account Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Santiago, Chile; the role description also states that the position is based in Kajang.

What you will do

• Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute market and account strategies to achieve sales quotas and profit goals.
• Promote products, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and expand product adoption.
• Analyze markets, monitor regional trends, and maintain market intelligence.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with Quality Assurance and Technical Support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pricing and competitor reports, customer complaint reports, and support timely customer collections.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Ability to manage expanding responsibilities and perform effectively as the scope of the role grows.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in packaging, chemicals, inks, labels, digital printing, die cutting, or manufacturing.
