Product Sourcing Manager / Turbine Exhaust Systems

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. This is an onsite, full-time position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing and commercial activities for turbine exhaust systems during proposal and project execution phases.
• Develop sourcing strategies supporting cost, quality, delivery, and business objectives.
• Evaluate customer and project requirements and prepare commercial specifications and inquiry packages.
• Manage supplier selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract execution.
• Monitor supplier performance against project schedules, quality standards, and cost commitments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, Site Operations, and suppliers to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, project management, or contract management.
• Experience in exhaust systems, power generation, EPC projects, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier and contractor performance throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and project execution processes, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
