Digital Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role in Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at Assembly Row at least every Wednesday and as needed for business meetings. Monday–Friday Eastern business hours required.

Salary: $75,275.20–$109,553.60 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, including scope, work plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Digital Communications, product, clinical, technical, business, and vendor groups.
• Develop project communications, presentations, status reports, technical documentation, FAQs, emails, articles, and video assets.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, change management, adoption, and engagement across the organization.
• Maintain SharePoint content and ensure digital assets are accurate, accessible, current, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Track project and campaign performance, prepare dashboards and reports, and present findings and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Marketing/Communications, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in digital, technology, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience managing concurrent projects with technical, business, creative, and communications deliverables.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management, writing, editing, proofreading, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must work Eastern business hours, attend the office at Assembly Row at least weekly, and maintain a quiet, secure, compliant workstation for remote workdays.

Nice to have

• Communications or change management experience.
• Experience in a corporate, healthcare, or regulated industry.
• Experience with video scripting, storyboarding, and video creation.
