Contract Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $70 per hour

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for software engineering, data engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define technical requirements, sourcing strategies, and evaluation criteria.
• Use advanced sourcing methods and Boolean search to build diverse, qualified candidate pipelines.
• Guide candidates through interviews, technical panels, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in the Workable applicant tracking system and provide hiring metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in an agency or in-house environment.
• Track record of filling complex engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps pipelines, frontend and backend frameworks, and database architectures.
• Proficiency with major applicant tracking systems and advanced Boolean search operators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
