Operations Manager - OPEX

Location: LAS2 - Las Vegas, NV - W Cheyenne Ave; on-site fulfillment center work with frequent travel of up to approximately 75% and multi-week assignments.

What you will do

• Support launch readiness, go-live execution, ramp-up, and stabilization at new or expanding fulfillment sites.
• Partner with site leadership to establish processes, systems, operating rhythms, and performance standards.
• Onboard, coach, and develop Operations Managers and frontline leaders through training, shadowing, and feedback.
• Lead shifts, stand-ups, and day-to-day execution, including serving as an interim Operations Manager during launches or transitions.
• Drive consistent execution across inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, labor planning, and operational KPIs.
• Develop SOPs and training materials, document site outcomes, and communicate risks, progress, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume warehouse, fulfillment, or eCommerce environment.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or senior operations leader with direct reports.
• Experience training and developing warehouse leadership teams and leading 60+ hourly associates and multiple salaried leaders.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems, RF scanning, warehouse execution tools, Excel, Google Suite, and operational reporting.
• Ability to work in a distribution center with physical activity, non-standard hours, nights, weekends, and peak launch schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
