Warehouse Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: South San Francisco, California, United States. Onsite warehouse role.

Salary: $80,000 annually, plus up to a 5% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees while enforcing operational procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead receiving and redistribution dock operations serving the San Bruno campus.
• Manage supplier, vendor, customer, and stakeholder relationships to support distribution objectives and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve operational and maintenance issues to reduce delays and costs while improving efficiency and safety.
• Manage schedules, opening and closing procedures, company policies, and labor, quality, and delivery commitments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with team leadership and operational efficiency experience.
• Experience managing and developing employee teams through coaching, performance improvement, and action plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in word processing, email, database management, and internet software.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license, successful completion of a security background check, airport background check, and drug and alcohol testing are required.
