Internship (Logistics Operations)

What you will do

• Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, service-level procedures, and compliance activities.
• Gain practical exposure to Foreign Trade Zone operations, distribution, brokerage coordination, regulatory requirements, and inventory controls.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, process documentation, and inventory accuracy reviews.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support process improvement, reduce waste, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer projects, operational audits, quality reviews, system implementations, process transitions, and special projects.
• Coordinate customer account activities, order processing, reporting, and collaboration with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to analyze operational data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Interest in warehouse operations, supply chain management, customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
