Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year. The expected range may vary for other locations, and actual compensation depends on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead the writing, editing, internal review, and submission of scientific and clinical manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals.
• Prepare and manage conference materials, including abstracts, posters, and slide presentations.
• Collaborate with research scientists, medical professionals, scientific affairs teams, and commercial partners across therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiology, and neurology.
• Manage publication roadmaps, timelines, revisions, submissions, and publication milestones.
• Perform targeted literature and reference searches and support technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Good Publication Practice, ICMJE, journal, conference, and internal compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in biomedical or life sciences or a quantitative field, with a relevant scientific or clinical background.
• Working knowledge of real-world data or evidence, human genomics, clinical research, computational biology, machine learning, statistics, algorithms, bioinformatics, or oncology.
• Exceptional scientific writing, editing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience writing and submitting manuscripts, abstracts, grants, or other technical documents, with a demonstrated record of success.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate primary scientific literature for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of GPP and ICMJE guidelines, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, health economics and outcomes research, multi-omic data, hereditary or germline testing, or clinical development.
• Understanding of genomic data types, archiving standards, and reproducible data and code practices.
• Experience managing multifaceted research projects to completion.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience working with both in-person and remote colleagues.
