Revenue Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; the listed pay transparency range also covers San Francisco, New York, and Seattle.

Base salary: $207,200–$259,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own enterprise reporting for pipeline health, stage conversion, sales velocity, coverage, attainment, bookings, recognized revenue, and consumption.
• Define and document core metrics and run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and board reporting.
• Analyze conversion, sourcing, legal-review bottlenecks, forecast accuracy, capacity allocation, segmentation, territories, pricing, and vertical expansion opportunities.
• Build leading indicators and early-warning triggers, deliver independent bottoms-up forecasts, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Improve sales development funnel reporting and CRM data quality across Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
• Support capacity modeling, territory and headcount planning, quota setting, and enterprise and sales development compensation-plan reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, or quantitative business operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS, PaaS, or AI infrastructure company.
• Deep Salesforce reporting expertise, strong proficiency with a BI platform such as Looker, Hex, Tableau, or Sigma, and the ability to write SQL against Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Strong enterprise sales knowledge, including pipeline coverage, stage-gate qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, and complex multi-year deals.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting that influence business decisions, structuring ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, and establishing repeatable systems.
• Ability to communicate credibly about AI products, enterprise deployment, security, data concerns, and buyer objections.
• Ability to challenge forecasts with data and communicate effectively with senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with mixed revenue models involving services, platforms, consumption, bookings, and recognized revenue.
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or the public sector.
• Experience building sales development reporting from scratch.
