Engagement Manager, NAM (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - United States; travel required 15–20%

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and drive adoption of behavioral biometric solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for consulting, incident reporting, escalations, and customer issues.
• Coordinate projects, manage milestones and deliverables, and provide strategic oversight of delivery teams.
• Lead customer meetings, product updates, feedback sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Partner with Threat Analysts, Solutions Engineers, Data Scientists, Support, and Service Delivery teams to develop consultative solutions.
• Prepare and review Statements of Work, validate technical feasibility, and identify new sales opportunities with Strategic Account Managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology, preferably with financial institutions.
• Ability to communicate, present, and write in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a subject or quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, consultative, organizational, program management, and project management skills.
• Experience translating technical requirements for non-technical decision-makers and resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, resolve conflict, and operate with minimal oversight.
