Master Scheduler II

Location: Hybrid role based in Bothell, Washington, United States

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Organize production scheduling to optimize output, control labor costs, and maintain on-time delivery and service levels.
• Build production schedules around personnel, materials, delivery requirements, capacity, and shifts.
• Develop contingency plans with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Manufacturing when inventory commitments are at risk.
• Facilitate daily production status meetings with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Monitor engineering change orders and manage transitions while reducing the risk of obsolete inventory.
• Correct job balances and shortages and support inventory targets throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in purchasing, supply chain, and/or demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including required Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze technical procedures and regulations, write business documents, and solve highly complex problems with limited information.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to manage improvement projects required.
• Less than 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Oracle knowledge.
• APICS, ISM, or LEAN certification.
• Experience with multifunctional and new product teams.
